New Ross Needlecraft Limited has charitable status. The Board of Directors consists of Mary Lou O’Kennedy, Elma Sutton, Suzanne Barrett, Anto Rogers, Maureen Clarkin, Ann Larkin, Dylan Ryan, and Marguerite Ahearne. We depend on the goodwill and financial support of our many supporters – all of whom are gratefully acknowledged. We are happy to hear from potential sponsors and can tailor a package to suit your budget.
We also have a Friends Scheme which recognises the loyalty and generosity of past and present Friends who wish to strengthen their support of the organization. Friends of the Ros Tapestry are a source of moral and financial support to the Board and volunteers.
As a Friend, you play an integral part in the ongoing success of the Ros Tapestry and help to ensure its future development. It is also worth noting that, because we are a charitable organization, tax relief is available on annual contributions of €250 or more.
You will be kept informed of our activities through our periodic newsletters, invitations to our events, including lectures and courses and free admittance to our exhibition in accordance with your friends category.
Our New Friends Scheme
Now it is easier than ever to support our work at the Ros Tapestry for as little as €5 per month. Simply set up a standing order or make a one off payment on your smartphone as per the charges below, then send an email to info@rostapestry.ie or text to 087 372 0274 with your email and name and address. Your card will be issued on receipt of payment.
You have a choice of four Friend options to support the Ros Tapestry and receive Friends benefits:
- I would like a Single membership at €5 a month which will allow me and one guest free access for the year, to the Ros Tapestry Exhibition and members benefits
- I would like a Couples membership at €8 per month which will allow us and two guests free access for the year, to the Ros Tapestry Exhibition and members benefits
- I would like a Family/Group membership at €15 per month which will allow free access for the year, of up to five people to the Ros Tapestry Exhibition and members benefits
- You can also choose to make a yearly subscription. You can do this by cheque or lodgement to our bank account.
